Abstract
Este artigo tem por objetivo analisar as concepções sobre as relações entre escola e diferenças veiculadas pelo Movimento Escola Sem Partido. Para isso, examinamos o conteúdo de dois dos PLs que restringem a autonomia docente em sala de aula: o PL 1411/2015 e o PL 867/2015; uma fala do coordenador do Movimento Escola Sem Partido, Miguel Nagib, na audiência pública do PL 7.180; e três textos contidos no Blog De olho no livro Didático de Orley José da Silva, listado na página inicial do site do Movimento Escola Sem Partido. Entendemos que o tema das diferenças e identidades culturais é objeto privilegiado de elaborações dentro do movimento e que isso é feito em diálogo com a produção acadêmica sobre o tema. Esse diálogo, no entanto, acontece de maneira enviesada e em direta contradição com a produção científica sobre o assunto. Ao questionarmos o lugar da diferença na escola a partir de uma perspectiva conceitual que dá centralidade à dimensão cultural dos currículos, percebemos o Escola Sem Partido como um discurso que busca ser uma política cultural com forte impacto sobre as práticas curriculares.
