Abstract
Depuis une vingtaine d’années, le coworking est devenu un phénomène mondial. Il est analysé comme une révolution comparable à celle du taylorisme au début du 20e siècle. Forme de travail collaboratif, grâce aux technologies numériques, le coworking transforme l’organisation du travail. Les travailleurs sont ainsi plus autonomes et créatifs. La réalité est cependant beaucoup plus complexe, le coworking désigne des situations très variées selon le territoire dans lequel il se développe. Dans un territoire où le taux de chômage et le taux de pauvreté sont élevés, le coworking revêt un aspect très différent comparé aux centres de coworking qui apparaissent dans les grandes villes. L’exemple de l’agglomération dunkerquoise (Nord, France) est très intéressant pour illustrer un aspect parmi d’autres du coworking.
