Abstract
Trois déplacements majeurs dans la conception de la spiritualité sont présentés en vue de fournir à cet égard des repères épistémiques et historiques, relativement à la tradition philosophique occidentale et de la tradition spirituelle chrétienne. Les renversements de perspective qui s’y sont opérés définissent de façon liminaire une orientation tantôt objective, tantôt subjective, tantôt langagière (rapport sujet-objet lui-même) de la spiritualité. Des considérations tout aussi liminaires sur le corps et la danse sont proposées en conséquence. Par cette analyse, la spiritualité se voit progressivement accorder la place de principe herméneutique et le rôle de pratique herméneutique, la faisant passer d’un traitement mimétique à une approche sémiotique : d’où les effets sur la question de la danse et du corps.
