Objetiva-se demonstrar quais as implicacoes da diversidade cultural dentro do ambiente organizacional, e como a empresa RB alimentos da cidade de Garca-SP trabalha a gestao da diversidade cultural, como fator positivo aos resultados da organizacao. Esse assunto originou-se de paises como EUA e Canada, assim torna-se essencial trazer essas inovacoes para o cenario empresarial. Realizou-se uma pesquisa teorica e exploratoria visando analisar como a empresa entrevistada esta gerindo esse fator a fim de buscar bons resultados a organizacao. Certificou-se que a aplicacao da GDC pode colaborar como vantagem competitiva as Organizacoes.
