Abstract
La vie d'Antoine Beaupre est remplie de frustrations. La plus grande provient de son amour impossible pour Rose, sa belle-soeur. D'Arvida a Quebec, cet etre tourmente et imprevisible traine cette blessure affective comme un miserable. Avec La meme blessure, Emmanuel Bouchard signe un roman a l'atmosphere tendue dont le recit, solidement campe dans le milieu ouvrier du Quebec des annees 1940 a 1960, est porte par un personnage principal qui a la capacite de marquer les esprits. Emmanuel Bouchard a fait paraitre, chez Hamac, un recueil de nouvelles (Au passage, 2008) et un roman (Depuis les cendres, 2011). Il enseigne la litterature au cegep de Sainte-Foy.
