In this paper, a reflectarray antenna design using hexagonal shape unit cells for 5th Generation (5G) application is presented. The hexagonal shape has been proposed to design the unit cells with a 0°-360° reflection phase range. Moreover, the reflectarray is designed on a single layer topology, to make the design easy, more compact and low-cost fabrication. The obtained results show a good level of gain (27 dBi) at operating frequency of 28 GHz (5G band).
