El objetivo del artículo es presentar a Witold Gombrowicz como escritor argentino. Se analiza su inclusión en el canon literario argentino echando mano de las herramientas metodológicas proporcionadas por la teoría de la “literatura mundial”. Se investigan las diferentes lecturas de su obra formuladas en el marco de la crítica literaria argentina. Finalmente, se analizan las resonancias gombrowiczianas en los textos críticos y novelísticos de César Aira.
