Abstract
En este artículo, se evidencia la formación de una red transnacional en torno al concepto de seguridad ciudadana que se ha ido difundiendo en Latinoamérica desde los noventa. Se realiza un análisis sociométrico de red a partir de una base de datos original sobre los foros, considerando que estos permiten la formación de redes sociales y la circulación de las ideas. Con base en este trabajo exploratorio y empírico, se proponen futuras pistas de investigaciones.
