Abstract
Depuis maintenant vingt ans, le Bulletin d'histoire politique offre non seulement un lieu de dbats mais aussi un environnement scientifique pour tous les chercheur(e)s qui s'intressent de prs ou de loin l'histoire politique en gnral, et l'histoire politique qubcoise en particulier. Au-del des prises de position qui tmoignent d'un engagement intellectuel, s'y trouvent des centaines d'articles scientifiques rdigs par des tudiants, des professeurs ou des chercheurs de l'extrieur du monde universitaire 1 . Notre objectif est de poursuivre ce travail de rflexion, de dfinition et de diffusion du savoir. Alors que l'histoire politique est plus que jamais au coeur de la polmique autour des enjeux historiographiques et disciplinaires, il nous est apparu ncessaire, au Bulletin, de raffirmer les principes qui guident notre action.
