Se proposer d’étudier l’encadrement judiciaire de la dette est une entreprise de taille, tant par la variété des sources que par la diversité des approches. Lors de l’énoncé des orientations de cette table ronde, les enjeux ont été clairement exposés : s’agissant de la dette, où commence et où s’arrête la justice ?
