Abstract
One of the leading world trends currently serves the realization that the progressive development of society and overcome its problems depend on the state of education and the education of citizens of the state. Today many states attach great importance to the improvement, development, modernization of the education system at all levels. A special place in the reform process of a modern system of education given to changes in the system of vocational training, which is the idea of the need to find new reserves of training and education of man - an active participant in society transformation. In recent years, particular importance is the problem of updating the education system, which is closely related to the formation of a competitive labor force. Preparation of competitive specialist is carried out in the interests of the individual and society. In this regard, currently of particular importance in the management of the process of formation of an effective and innovative communication technologies.
