Abstract
Leroy Paysages est une entreprise d’une centaine de salaries, dont le siege social se situe a Laval, en Mayenne. Elle intervient dans tous les domaines du paysage, de la conception a la realisation et l’entretien. Dans le cadre de l’amenagement de son nouveau siege social, une reflexion a ete menee sur la mise en place d’une gestion environnementale du site. Ce nouveau projet a donc ete une opportunite pour l’entreprise de se concentrer sur le traitement de ses dechets afin de pouvoir y apporter une amelioration non negligeable. Cette demarche s’inscrit notamment dans une volonte d’une future certification ISO. Ce rapport s’interesse aux differents dechets qu’une entreprise de paysage peut rencontrer, la maniere dont elle les traite et les valorise mais egalement les reglementations relatives a ceux-ci. Pour cela, un plan d’action a ete effectue afin de pouvoir affiner la conception du site et apporter des reponses aux interrogations portant sur sa gestion. Enfin, il a ete fait une recherche approfondie sur les attentes d’une certification afin d’initier la demarche en vue de pouvoir l’obtenir.
