Abstract
Cet article examine les etapes entreprises par les Nations Unies depuis ses debuts en1945 pour promouvoir et proteger les droits des femme a l’interieur de ses cadres et critique les strategies qui sont inadequates jusqu’au detriment des droits des femmes. Elle considere que specialiser leurs droits lors de l’adoption par les Nations Unies a marginalise leurs droits et transforme le systeme en place. Elle ajoute que si cette derniere strategie avait ete executee adequatement et liee aux precedentes, la protection et la promotion pour les droits des femmes auraient ete assurees a l’interieur des Nations Unies.
