Abstract
Cet article présente l’analyse des données d’un inventaire régional des initiatives de solidarités alimentaires territoriales mené en Bretagne entre 2013 et 2015. À partir d’un parcours des définitions des notions d’agriculture urbaine et de justice/démocratie (agri-) alimentaire, ce matériau est exploré de deux manières. Premièrement, un échantillon de 8 initiatives représentatives de la variété des situations urbaines observées sont isolées et caractérisées. Ensuite, quatre indicateurs définis pour cette étude permettent de détailler comment ces initiatives traduisent et mettent en œuvre les notions de justice et de démocratie (agri-)alimentaire. Deux d’entre eux insistent sur le rôle joué par la puissance publique, deux autres sur le degré de renforcement de l’autonomie des personnes bénéficiaires.
