Abstract
A Escola Nacional de Administração Pública, ENAP, em parceria com a Canada School of Public Service, CSPS, vem implementando novas metodologias de abordagem de temas importantes para a melhoria da administração pública. Em 09 de novembro de 2004 foi instalada a primeira Mesa-redonda de Pesquisa-Ação, ferramenta de pesquisa que tem por objetivo reunir profissionais e especialistas para encontrar soluções para os desafios enfrentados no serviço público. \nO resultado dos debates é a publicação de um material que possa ser útil a servidores e dirigentes no desempenho de tarefas ou na implementação de novas ferramentas de trabalho. A ENAP, cumprindo seu papel de auxiliar na difusão de conhecimentos no setor público federal, pretende realizar novas mesas periodicamente.
