目的:探讨中国人群中HLA—DR/DQ基因连锁不平衡的分布规律,提高HLA配型结果的准确性。方法:用PCR-SSP分型方法对HLA-DR和DQ基因座位进行基因分型,对中国人群中拟接受肾移植患者HLA型别中HLA—DR和HLA—DQ基因的连锁不平衡进行了研究。结果:在830例受检者中发现了12例新的连锁组合。结论:该研究不但丰富了经典HLA—DR/DQ连锁组合,而且指出了该种组合分布的民族相关性,对提高HLA配型实验的准确性和减少无谓的重复劳动具有重要意义。
