Une recherche d’élaboration, utilisant des données qualitatives, est à la base du modèle ludique présenté dans cet ouvrage. La cueillette et l’analyse des données se sont échelonnées de l’été 1990 au printemps 1991 ; des entrevues ont été réalisées à Montréal, Québec et Rouyn-Noranda.
