Abstract
Formation et profession 27(1), 2019 sum Largement dfavoris sur le plan de l' ducation, le territoire guyanais connait galement des ingalits internes. Les sites dits isols reprsentent en ce sens un cas emblmatique. La prsente recherche se focalise sur le cas des enseignants dbutants affects dans ces zones. Son objectif consiste en la mise au jour de leurs conditions d'adaptation dans un contexte rput difficile. Prenant appui sur un cadre thorique de l'interstructuration du sujet et des institutions et de l'interconnexion des secteurs d'activit, et partant d'analyses d' entretiens, la recherche rvle les dynamiques identitaires de ces acteurs dans le contexte socioprofessionnel tudi.
