Abstract
L’usage de l’informatique est devenu relativement courant dans le domaine de la bibliothéconomie. En comparant les intentions des premiers pionniers et le rendement réel des systèmes en opération à ce jour, on ne peut que constater l’extrême lenteur des progrès réalisés partout où le marché traditionnel de la publication de l’information bibliographique a été respecté.
