Abstract
L’étude porte sur l’analyse des fonctionnements de 5 micro-fermes urbaines. Nous avons observé des fonctionnements diversifiés, qui dépendent fortement de leur ancrage territorial, du système technique adopté et des ressources humaines et financières disponibles. Les fermes urbaines tirent profit de leur proximité à la ville pour obtenir des ressources indispensables à leur développement, mais font également face aux contraintes qu’impose le monde urbain. Ces nouvelles fabriques urbaines sont source d’innovations potentielles pour les filières agricoles et horticoles, à condition de formaliser des interactions avec elles.
