Bibliographic record
Abstract
Rational/Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore how the management of resource capabilities of Rugby Provincial Sport Organizations (PSOs) in Canada can affect athlete transition from the provincial to that national level.Design/Methodology/Approach: A mixed methods approach using questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were administered to Canadian Rugby PSO member unions and Rugby Canada.Findings: The findings revealed that for management of Rugby PSOs athlete transition is contingent upon how the resource capabilities are being managed.Practical Implications: The practical contributions from this study are that PSOs need to manage their resource capabilities and implement a strategic plan that aligns the goals of their organization with the goals of the NSO as a means of gaining a competitive advantage.Research Contribution: The research contributions of this study are that it fills a gap at the meso-level by determining the resources, programs and strategies of a regional-based sport organization.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
