Cet article présente les résultats d’une recherche évaluative sur les impacts d’une recherche collaborative dans l’évolution des pratiques des chercheurs et des enseignants associés. Il s’est agi de comprendre en quoi l’approche collaborative a été utile et pertinente pour les participants, de quelle manière elle leur a permis de mieux s’approprier leur rôle comme enseignant associé et à transformer leurs pratiques.
