Abstract

La densification des offres de formation au numérique dans les établissements d’enseignement supérieur français soulève la question de la culture et des compétences numériques qui y sont développées. Dans la continuité d’une enquête réalisée à l’échelle du territoire français sur le dispositif de formation au numérique C2i au sein des établissements d’enseignement supérieur, le présent article propose d’interroger un certain nombre de représentations sur les compétences numériques, la culture numérique et, plus largement, le numérique. En vue de nourrir notre analyse, nous avons fait le choix de traiter d’un corpus de documents — dont la production s’est faite en fonction d’attentes politiques et/ou économiques — portant sur le développement du numérique dans différents domaines (éducation, économie, citoyen, etc.). Parallèlement à cela, ce texte sera l’occasion de discuter des modèles idéologiques qui peuvent sous-tendre quelques-uns des référentiels de formation au numérique aujourd’hui en vigueur. Nous conclurons notre propos autour des finalités de la formation au numérique dans les établissements d’enseignement supérieur français.
