Abstract
Thomas voit son plus grand reve se concretiser alors qu'il est repeche par les Canadiens de Montreal. Une ombre se profile toutefois a l'horizon : le jeune hockeyeur est contraint d'utiliser l'equipement officiel du club. Anxieux a l'idee que ses performances declinent s'il ne peut jouer avec le precieux bâton de Maurice Richard, il reussit malgre tout a impressionner son entraineur, ses coequipiers et, bien vite, les innombrables fans du Tricolore. Grise par cette gloire soudaine, le jeune homme quitte Anais, sa copine de longue date, pour une mysterieuse demoiselle fort interessee par ses recents exploits… Celui qu'on surnomme « le guepard des glaces » semble donc destine a un brillant avenir, mais une blessure compromet sa saison et menace de tout faire basculer. Thomas doit-il deja renoncer a la conquete de la coupe Stanley ?
