Abstract
Output rises are likely for rutile, ilmenite and zircon despite the problems caused by the US-China trade tensions.Africa-focused mineral sand miner Base Resources announced on January 17 that lower ore grades at its Kwale mineral sands operation in Kenya negatively affected the company’s overall ilmenite, rutile and zircon output in the final quarter of 2018. Yet the lower production of ilmenite and zircon is unlikely to affect their respective market prices, due to a moderation in demand for both materials throughout the traditionally slower fourth quarter of the year. Kenmare forecasts lower 2019 ilmenite output Mineral-sand miner Kenmare, meanwhile, has forecast that its mineral sand production will “moderate slightly” in 2019 due to ore depletion at its site in Mozambique. Since mineral sand production is constrained by the concentration of valuable minerals in mined ore, a move to less richly mineralized parts of a deposit can result in reduced production.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; both teacher heads agree on what is shown here.
