Abstract
En Belgique francophone, le système éducatif est rendu particulier et complexe par la présence de plusieurs réseaux d’enseignement. Cette complexité structurelle débouche notamment sur la mise à disposition de multiples programmes d’études qui servent aux enseignants lors de la préparation des séquences d’enseignement-apprentissage. À partir des données issues de plusieurs études menées sur l’analyse d’une partie du curriculum prescrit et implanté, les auteurs mettent en évidence la complexité de la tâche des enseignants qui doivent prendre en compte cette pluralité des programmes d’études. Il est ici montré que cette situation est loin d’être génératrice de bien-être et d’autodétermination en ce qui concerne le développement professionnel des enseignants.
