Abstract
Un poète de l’abysse Joël Des Rosiers est né en Haïti, en 1951. Il vit depuis l’âge de dix ans au Canada. Il a fait des études de médecine à Strasbourg et il est, aujourd’hui, psychiatre à Montréal, après avoir pratiqué la chirurgie. Son premier recueil de poèmes, Métropolis Opéra, a été publié en 1987, ainsi que ses premiers articles de critique littéraire qui datent, semble-t-il, des années 86-87.
