Abstract
Despite having solid diplomatic relations with first world countries, specially United States of America and Canada, Mexico has not been able to reach their levels in terms of entrepreneurship growth and development, however, Mexico counts with specific conditions which are favorable for touristic activities. Globalization has placed MSME's in a disadvantaged position compared to bigger enterprises speaking about competitiveness, in spite of it, in local environments it is observed that micro, small and medium enterprises lead growth dynamics; touristic MSME's clustering strategy aspires to reduce globalization effects over these enterprises and aid local development.
