A nueve años de la entrada en vigor del Convenio de Montreal de 1999, en este trabajo se discurre acerca de las tendencias esbozadas por parte de distintos tribunales del mundo sobre la aplicación de sus normas ante conflictos suscitados en torno al transporte aéreo de pasajeros.
