Abstract
ABSTRAKKekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) menjadi momok yang sangat mengerikan bagi anak anak. Fakta yang menunjukan bahwa kekerasan dalam rumah tangga menimbulkan efek yang negative bagi perkembangan tumbuh kembangnya anak. Kekerasan terhadap anak ini bukan lah menjadi hal yang langka di tengah tengah masyarakat, dimana anak anak diharuskan dan diajarkan untuk patuh terhadap orang tua dengan cara pendidikan yang keras ataupun menggunakan kekerasan. Tulisan ini meggunakan metode deskriptif analitis dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif untuk meengetahui sejauh mana asas asas hukum, sinkronisasi horizontal vertikal, dan sistemik hukum di terapkan. Dalam hasil tulisan ini penanganan terhadap kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yang dialami oleh anak terdapat dua cara, menggunakan hukum pidana atau penal dan non hukum pidana atau non penal.Kata kunci: Perlindungan Hukum,Kekarasan Anak, Hak Asasi manusia
