Abstract
La carte postale est un moyen de correspondance brève. On la connaît surtout comme expression d’une pensée adressée à un proche à l’occasion d’un voyage, d’où son association avec le tourisme. D’abord pour la correspondance d’affaire, la carte postale sert souvent d’outil publicitaire en étant produite par des boutiques, des ateliers ou des sites à visiter; des produits sont ainsi promus, notamment comme souvenirs à rapporter. Certaines cartes mettent en valeur l’artisanat textile; elles s’avèrent alors d’un intérêt documentaire pour les chercheurs et les collectionneurs; quelques-unes retiennent ici notre attention.
