Abstract
La sécurisation des trajectoires professionnelles (STP) apparaît dans le contexte de changements touchant l'emploi et la protection sociale. À partir de l'agenda des « marchés transitionnels du travail » (MTT), nous élaborons des critères pour analyser les revendications de la Fédération des travailleurs et travailleuses du Québec (FTQ), de la Confédération des syndicats nationaux (CSN) et de la Centrale des syndicats démocratiques (CSD) concernant la situation des travailleur-se-s en fin de trajectoire professionnelle. Notre objectif est de développer une grille d'analyse originale permettant de problématiser la STP de manière systématique et d'en tester ensuite l'application. L'économie institutionnaliste de John R. Commons est aussi mobilisée pour renforcer notre démarche d'analyse. Nous étudions également les plates-formes de revendication portant sur la STP de trois organisations syndicales françaises, soit la Confédération française démocratique du travail (CFDT), Confédération générale du travail (CGT), Confédération française des travailleurs chrétiens (CFTC). Notre méthodologie est qualitative.
