Abstract
Robert Lepage es un artista multifacetico reconocido por los puentes que establece entre las artes escenicas y la pantalla; ubicado en la ciudad de Quebec, su laboratorio creativo le sirve a un tiempo como un lugar de diseno, como espacio de experimentacion y aun como geografia de sus rodajes. En su quehacer teatral tanto como en sus peliculas se senala la contribucion de los sistemas simbolicos de culturas extranjeras al imaginario local de Quebec. Su obra se caracteriza por la mezcla de practicas artisticas mediante una exploracion metaforica de la identidad, la memoria y la busqueda de sus misteriosas correspondencias entre acontecimiento e intimidad.
