This brief article covers some of the latest developments in SUEZ's ZeeWeed ™ 500 membrane bioreactor (MBR) technology. It looks at how a city in Canada is using it to meet wastewater effluent limits for phosphorous – protecting a lake and the environment. It also describes the company's latest Zeeweed 500 membranes, which are designed to bring reliability and flexibility to small MBR wastewater treatment facilities.
