Abstract
Pour favoriser la reussite scolaire des eleves possedant un cadre culturel et/ou linguistique qui differe de celui de la langue et de la culture d’enseignement, il est crucial que les enseignants tiennent compte de la dimension culturelle dans leur enseignement. Cette nouvelle realite a des implications en ce qui a trait a la formation des futurs enseignants. Cette communication presente un dispositif de formation s’inspirant de la theorie d’education cosmopolite pour conscientiser les futurs enseignants a l’importance de la dimension culturelle en enseignement de la litteratie. Une premiere version a ete pilotee a l’automne 2017 et une version amelioree a ete implantee a l’hiver 2018. Ces versions permettent le raffinement d’un dispositif qui sera utilise dans le cadre d’une recherche doctorale. La communication presente les grandes lignes du dispositif, resume l’experience et presente les resultats preliminaires de ce projet pilote. Les resultats permettront de raffiner le dispositif, qui sera implante lors d’un projet doctoral, en 2020.
