Abstract
Cette conference presentera un manuscrit tibetain, compose de fragments de l'histoire du prince Norzang, telle qu'elle apparait dans le texte ནར་བཟང་ག་རམ་ཐར། (La vie de Norzang) qui constitue la version litteraire d'un livret dramatique d'une des principales pieces de l'opera tibetain. L'histoire, presente dans le Kangyour (la premiere partie du canon bouddhique), a ete adaptee au XVIe siecle pour en faire l'actuelle version connue. Il s'agit du recit de la vie du pieux roi Norzang et de son epouse, une belle deesse, qui vont finalement triompher des velleites du roi voisin et des manigances imaginees par les cinq cents autres epouses de Norzang, jalouses de la faveur accordee a cette deesse. Apres une presentation historique et materielle du manuscrit qui permettra d’en montrer l’importance dans l’histoire de l’opera tibetain, cette partie du recit sera interpretee par un chanteur tibetain.
