Abstract
L’apprentissage électronique a fait naître un nouveau rapport au savoir, en le rendant plus accessible à des publics éloignés des lieux d’enseignement, ne pouvant pas se déplacer ou n’ayant pas le temps de suivre une formation classique. Consciente de l’enjeu que représente la démocratisation de l’éducation et des possibilités qui en découlent en matière de développement économique et social, la Francophonie accompagne les pays francophones d’Afrique dans la modernisation de leur système éducatif.
