Avant tout un texte d’intentions, le projet de loi « Macron », qui se veut pragmatique et modeste en tendant au retour à la croissance, illustre un changement de paradigme profond. Sa philosophie traduit l’émergence d’une gauche d’essence libérale mue par un anti-étatisme qui trouve ses racines dans l’individualisme républicain que la tradition du socialisme français, avec sa version marxisante, avait marginalisé.
