Abstract
Moins de deux ans après leur élection, le Premier ministre Justin Trudeau et sa ministre du Patrimoine canadien, Mélanie Joly, ont présenté le Cadre stratégique du « Canada créatif ». Inspiré de politiques culturelles en vigueur en Europe, celui-ci mise sur la culture et la création afin de stimuler l’innovation et la croissance économique du pays. Pour y parvenir, le gouvernement Trudeau propose un investissement financier massif (2,29 milliards de dollars) dans la création et les industries créatives, au regard de la nouvelle donne numérique. Du jamais vu depuis les politiques culturelles de Trudeau père !
