Le présent article interroge les relations entre jeux de rôles et de simulation par leur utilisation dans les organisations de travail dans le domaine du management. L’auteure identifie trois modalités de la créativité dans les jeux de rôles : la création d’un cadre à des fins d’expérimentation, l’enjeu de la souplesse dans la pratique professionnelle du manager et enfin l’omniprésence de la narration et de la fiction dans ces jeux. L’étude s’appuie sur l’observation de près de trois ans des sessions de jeux en management : jeux de rôles par mises en situation lors de formations, jeux d’inversion des rôles, théâtre d’entreprise.
