Abstract
Cet article présente les principes directeurs utilisés pour la conception d’ateliers Art en Jardin dispensés dans le cadre d’un camp de jour d’été pour des enfants de 5 à 10 ans, autour d’une approche éco-formatrice expérientielle centrée sur les lieux et associée à une pédagogie de terrain. L’aménagement d’un petit jardin communautaire devient un prétexte pour animer une série de situations éducatives dans lesquelles les enfants expérimentent différentes formes d’expressions artistiques pour construire et enrichir leur rapport à la nature. La dimension réflexive et critique de la relation entretenue avec le milieu de vie biotique est recherchée. Celle-ci est favorisée en stimulant le rapport au monde spontané, affectif et symbolique propre aux enfants ainsi que certaines formes d’intelligences, dont les intelligences corporelle-kinesthésique et visuo-spatiale.
