Abstract
Depuis 2009, un statut de « Résident non habituel » (RNH) existe au Portugal. Celui-ci, en instaurant un certain nombre d’avantages fiscaux, a suscité l’installation de ressortissants européens au Portugal et, notamment, de nombreux Français. L’analyse d’un corpus de 56 articles, parus entre le 2 mai 2013 et le 5 avril 2018, révèle comment la presse française a interprété et s’est approprié cette politique publique, contribuant à la promotion des migrations vers le Portugal. Nous avons ainsi analysé les aspects particuliers de la communication internationale et interculturelle mise en place par les médias nationaux autour de ces nouvelles formes de migrations, à la fois héliotropiques et économiques.
