Abstract
Cet article, sous la forme d’une entrevue effectuée entre Anne Saris, universitaire (professeure de sciences juridiques – le droit étant avant tout pris comme un objet d’analyse par le prisme des sciences sociales) et activiste (membre de l’ancienne Coalition pour les droits des femmes en situation de conflits) et Benjamin Moron-Puech, universitaire (maître de conférences) engagé dans une « lutte » pour le respect et la reconnaissance des droits des personnes intersexuées, veut explorer les stratégies et les outils mobilisés en vue de ces derniers : sont-ils de l’ordre de la partie d’échecs, avec une anticipation assez visible, ou sont-ils plutôt de l’ordre de la partie de billard, dont la linéarité est bien moins évidente à retracer ?
