Abstract
La preuve expert est un incontournable afin d’éclairer les tribunaux sur les modalités de garde et de droits d’accès les plus respectueuses du meilleur intérêt de l’enfant. Or, il s’agit d’un domaine où les exigences sont élevées pour les professionnels et les experts font régulièrement l’objet de critiques. La présente étude porte sur les pratiques et les conduites professionnelles et déontologiques de 53 professionnels agissant comme experts (28 travailleurs sociaux et 25 psychologues). Les résultats illustrent l’usage de pratiques diversifiées qui varie selon la profession. Le développement de meilleures pratiques et les besoins de formation sont discutés.
