L'algbre de Kleene est la thorie algbrique des automates finis et des expressions rgulires.Rcemment, Kozen a propos un cadre de travail bas sur l'algbre de Kleene avec tests (une variante de l'algbre de Kleene) pour vrifier qu'un programme satisfait une politique de scurit spcifie par un automate de scurit.Malheureusement, cette approche ne permet pas de vrifier des proprits de vivacit pour les programmes ractifs (programmes qui s'excutent l'infini).Le but de ce mmoire est d'tendre la mthode de vrification de programmes propose par Kozen pour enlever cette limitation.Pour y arriver, nous dveloppons la thorie de l'omga-algbre (une extension de l'algbre de Kleene qui prend en compte les excutions infinies) qui constitue la majeure partie de ce mmoire.En particulier, nous prsentons des rsultats de compltude concernant la thorie de Horn de cette algbre.
