Abstract
Dans la province argentine de San Juan, considérée par les autorités comme « province minière modèle », la reconfiguration du système d’acteurs publics et privés, suite à la mise en exploitation de mégamines par des entreprises d’origine canadienne et australienne, est accompagnée par une redéfinition du cadre politique de régulation, de l’échelon fédéral à l’échelon local. Or, les relations d’interdépendance et la co-gestion public-privé de l’activité minière orientent les modalités de réinvestissement des bénéfices dégagés dans des opérations de type RSE et dans les actions publiques de développement local.
