Abstract
Este artículo muestra los beneficios que las mujeres han obtenido al capacitarse en el ámbito técnico y personal para aplicarlo en sus negocios. Por la naturaleza de los datos, el estudio es de tipo cualitativo y descriptivo. Se consideraron nueve emprendedoras que tomaron la capacitación de Iniciativa Personal y Habilidades Empresariales en Mujeres Moviendo México, en los periodos comprendidos del cuarto trimestre de 2016 al primer trimestre de 2017. Se muestra lo importante que fue la capacitación para ellas ya que ha impactado positivamente en su negocio y en su vida personal. Los cursos han permitido a las mujeres participantes en el estudio ver más allá, crear redes y concebir nuevas oportunidades para hacer crecer su negocio.
