Abstract
A 25-year-old woman presented to the emergency room for an urgent evaluation after she was noted to have possible bilateral optic disc oedema by her optometrist. She went to see this optometrist to update her glasses prescription. She denied headaches, nausea, vision changes or any other neurological symptoms.
