Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Due to increasing demand for electricity, fast depletion of conventional fossil fuels and adverse environmental impact of fossil fuel use, there is a paradigm shift towards renewable energy (RE) sources, with solar photovoltaic (PV) and wind being the frontrunners. To address diminishing inertia issue in RE integrated system, this paper presents a control strategy to exploit fast frequency support from hybrid solar PV and wind power plant (HSWP). The fast frequency support from HSWP has been studied under different scenarios including inertial support without any de-loading, inertial support along with primary frequency support from de-loaded solar PV system, inertial support along with primary frequency support from de-loaded wind farm, and inertial support along with primary frequency support under de-loaded operation of both the Solar PV and wind farm in the HSWP. A comparative analysis of results under different scenarios is also presented.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
