In this paper we consider a molecular communication network based on free diffusion of molecules from transmitter nanomachines to receiver nanomachines. The transmitter employs a recently-proposed modulation scheme referred as Reaction Shift Keying (RSK), in which chemical reactions are used to generate emission patterns representing different transmission symbols. In this work we aim to consider the demodulation problem for two complex receiver molecular circuits when we measure different number of chemical species. We derive the optimal demodulator of RSK signals by using Bayesian filtering and maximum a posteriori (MAP) framework. We show that the choices of measurements affect the communication performance.
